If I met Sir Edmund Hillary I would ask him:
1. Did you have friends that tried to reach the top of the mountain
2. How long did it take to climb this huge mountain
3. Please rate how cold it was at the top of the mountain
4. What was it like to reach the top of a tall mountain
5. What was it like to named after a library, a street, a school and having your face on a 5 dollar notes
If you don't know what Sir Edmund Hillary looks like this is what he looks like.
Hi Jordan didn't understand this activity but know I do.
ReplyDeleteKia Ora, Taya!
ReplyDeleteWell done for completing another Summer Learning Journey activity, 'More than Meets the Eye', and for giving us five questions that you'd like to ask Sir Edmund Hillary. I'm really impressed with the quality of your questions, I'm sure that they would stir up quite the conversation with Sir Edmund Hillary. I especially like the first questions— I too wonder if he had any company going up the mountain. How do you think that we could find that out?
Don't forget that we need to attribute images—that means that we have to give credit to this image. We can give credit to an image by giving it a correct name (for example: Image of Sir Edmund Hillary) and saying where it came from along with a link to the web page (for example: Wikipedia).
I look forward to reading more of your awesome blog posts!
Cheers,
Jordan
